Gusto Fest 2026: Our Annual Summer Party
The Evolution of Gusto Fest
What began as a simple annual team event has grown over the years into a unique non-profit festival. It’s designed for businesses to celebrate with colleagues, network with local companies, and strengthen relationships, all without the effort and stress of planning a dedicated company party.
Whether you joined us to unwind with your team, meet other local businesses, or just catch the football, this year’s Gusto Fest was our biggest yet.
Here is a look back at how the day unfolded.
Behind the Scenes: Bringing Gusto Fest to Life
Putting on a festival like Gusto Fest doesn't happen overnight. It takes months of planning. Our team spends a considerable amount of time reviewing what worked in previous years, securing vendors, sorting technical logistics, and making sure every detail is locked in so our employees and other businesses can simply show up and just enjoy the day.
The Team Behind the Festival
Putting Gusto Fest together was a collective effort across the business, filled with months of prep and coordination.
A huge thank you to the team who brought it all together:
Sean, Managing Director
Jed, Project Manager
Annick, Receptionist at Gusto House
Lauren, Receptionist & Administrator at Rototek

Insights from the Organising Team
“Gusto Fest is a brilliant opportunity to give something back to our teams across Gusto Construction, Rototek, and Studio G, who work so hard throughout the year.
Having just held our fourth annual event, Gusto Fest continues to grow and evolve each year. It was fantastic to see so many of our suppliers and local businesses joining us with their teams, who are just as deserving of a proper summer celebration!
I love organising the event with Annick, Lauren and Sean, and hope we can keep putting smiles on faces and feet on the dance floor for many more Gusto Fests to come.” – Jed
“I love being a part of the team that organises Gusto Fest.
It's a great opportunity to bring people together to celebrate the amazing team we have. Knowing that I’ve played a small part in creating such a great day makes all the hard work worthwhile” - Annick
“The proudest part about helping to organise Gusto Fest is seeing all your hard work come to life, with all colleagues, and their family and friends enjoying their well-earned day of fun.” – Lauren
Gusto Fest at a Glance
Hosted at the famous Lost Village site, Stables Wood Farm, it was a fun-filled day packed with live music, street food and a bunch of activities.
Those who attended could grab their favourite drinks straight from the Bootlegger Bus, alongside a wide range of food options including loaded fries, Greek gyros, pizza and ice cream. Also, to support our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the bar operated a reusable cup system to reduce single-use plastic and keep the venue clean throughout the day.
Across the site there was plenty to keep everyone busy throughout the day, including inflatables such as, a bouncy castle, giant slide and a basketball game. Alongside this, we also provided several garden games including mini golf, giant garden chess and a beanbag throwing game.
The stage kept the energy going right from the start and through to the evening, with live sets from A Touch of Freedom, Ben Martin, TFI 90s, Free Soul Sista and a live DJ.
To wrap up the night, we screened England’s final World Cup group stage game against Panama live on the big screen.
Attendee Feedback
A few clear highlights stood out from this year’s feedback:
Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Many attendees loved the wide variety of children's activities, keeping kids entertained throughout the day (which were free of charge!)
Great Music & Entertainment: The live lineup and varied music selection received massive praise from everyone.
A Relaxed, Sociable Setting:Attendees appreciated the chilled, informal feel, which provided a fantastic opportunity to catch up with colleagues, mix with other local businesses, and socialise with friends and family.
Food, Drink & Location:The food options, sun, drinks, and venue setting at Stables Wood Farm made for a brilliant summer day out.
