A sustainable future built through partnerships

This is the Gusto Group vision.

Sustainability is one of Gusto Group's core values. Gusto Construction has been building high-performance, low-energy homes since 1998 when we were first to market with our Millennium Green development. As the Group has grown, our commitment to sustainability and innovation has extended to our manufacturing, design, co-working, football and plant-based food businesses.

In 2020, we founded our community donation project, Gusto Community Fund, using profits from Gusto to support local projects and good causes, with employees nominating the recipients. This is an exemplary method of supporting innovation and the growth of purpose-driven organisations within our communities by linking employees and Gusto homeowners to projects within their physical communities.

Gusto Group is B Corp Certified!

As a B Corp, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact. The assessment involves over 200 questions, the rigorous process took us over 2 years and we are so proud to be part of this community of like-minded businesses.

By certifying, we are stepping into a framework for continuous improvement. In order to maintain certification, companies must undertake the assessment and verification process every three years, demonstrating they are still meeting the B Corp standards.

“Since the Rio Summit in 1992 I have been passionate about embedding sustainability into our businesses. We are delighted to share that we are now B Corp Certified. This puts our stake in the ground as one of the first manufacturing and construction companies to have achieved this certification.”
